This cozy & tranquil retreat features two bedrooms, two full baths, infrared sauna, Hot Tub for 6 and a fun Game Room including shuffleboard, 2 person arcade table, record player and an oversized Connect4. No matter what the weather brings, you'll always have something fun to do! The lofted pine ceiling creates such a warm atmosphere, along with the unique Sled hanging from it! The whole wall mountain mural will remind you that you are on Vacation, so relax and enjoy! The house flow is very open, with a connected kitchen, dining area and living room. The kitchen provides you everything needed to prepare your meals, and has a separate coffee station offering a 12cup drip coffeemaker as well as an Expresso machine. Living space has plenty of seating for all of your guests, with a large Smart TV and real wood burning fireplace, with the game room right off of the living room, The first floor also has the guest bedroom and bathroom. Here is the layout : Main Floor Guest Room includes a Queen and a Full Bed, large closet bureau room darkening shades, Heat & AC split and Smart TV. Main Floor Full Bath has a Shower-Tub combowith 2 head shower, and hair dryer. Second Floor Master Bedroom includes a King Bed, bureau, Sauna, sliders to upper deck, room darkening shades, Smart TV, Heat & AC split unit, and walk in closet. Second Floor En-suite Bathroom has a double sliding door entry, exposing the gorgeous, huge walk-in shower for 2,. The front of the house has a huge wrap around deck with seating, gas firetable and gas grill. The hot tub is located right off of the deck, and the wood firepit is alongside the home. We are Pet friendly! $40 per pet per stay :-) Parking 3-4 cars in the driveway. SUMMERTIME: We will include passes to the private Estates Beach Club! With large sandy beach area, grassy shaded area and swim out platform which is everyone's favorite! Bring your Pickleball racquets and play a round or two on the court. WINTERTIME: We are located 2 miles from Big Boulder Resort which offers Ski/Snowboarding and Tubing into the evenings. Jack Frost Resort is 5 miles and offers Ski & Snowboarding until 4pm I have a local guide that provides all details to local dining, shopping and area fun ideas such as golfing, hiking, water parks and more!
