House Rules

No smoking inside the house – ESSENTIAL – my sons and I have asthma and my mother has a chronic lung disease! Unfortunately, smoke stays in fabrics even after cleaning so we definitely don’t want smoke in the house. Even if you smoke outside, no smoking on the porch where smoke will enter the home. Lake Harmony has a strict quiet hours to ensure you and the community can enjoy peaceful nights by the fire. Guest must adhere to quiet hours from 10pm-7am. All Guests will sign a Rental Agreement and provide a photo ID. Once booked, Guest will agree to send their email address so owner may forward rental agreement via Hellosign. Proof that the responsible party is 25 or older is required via photo id. No more than 11 people may stay in the home. Imagine arriving with no way to turn on the tv's - remotes are in holders near each tv and must be returned before departure. Dogs are welcome! Unfortunately, though we love cats, due to a severe allergy - we cannot welcome cats in this home:(.

Located in the Split Rock Cottage Neighborhood, we are surrounded by trees, boulders, and lots of deer! Excellent area to take a walk, most residents use golf carts to get around. Walking distance to Split Rock resort and hotel as well as Lake water sport rental site.

The location was great, very quiet and peaceful. We had deer visit regularly in the back yard. We even were able to pet one that was very friendly. The living space gave us plenty of room for everyone one that was there. The outdoor area was what I expected from the pictures and relaxing in the hot tub while a fire is going was pretty unbeatable.

We had a truly wonderful stay this past 4th of July weekend with my family. The house was cozy, clean, and very well distributed — it had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. Jessica and Amy were exceptionally kind and attentive, always checking in to make sure we were doing well. We felt very welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience — we would absolutely love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay and the place was comfortable enough for 7 adults and two toddlers. Loved the backyard with fire pit and hot tub and the morning visits from wild turkeys and deer.

Ample parking for 6 cars - once you arrive, much is in walking distance so park, relax and enjoy or we are easy distance to everything that the Poconos boasts! Whatever you are looking for from your Pocono vacation - our Harmony Escape is perfectly located to enjoy the activity and have an awesome spot to return to at the end of the day!
