We had a great time last week at Mountainwoods Memories with family. The house met all of our needs. We loved waking up with a coffee on the back deck each day. The lake access and activities were a plus! We enjoyed seeing wildlife right outside the door, exploring Lake Harmony and surrounding areas. Amy was very responsive and welcoming! We would definitely visit again in the future!

My family loved their stay! I live the street over so the proximity for activities couldn't have been better as we were split between the houses. The family enjoyed mornings in the family room with the toys and their coffee. The high chair worked perfect for the 1 year old to have his meals. We loved our fresh eggs and made them every day. The little ones even got to feed the chickens. It was a perfect spot. Our hosts were awesome and so welcoming!

Everything about this AirB&B was amazing! My group and I had a wonderful time celebrating our friend's bachelorette over the weekend and got to enjoy the many perks this place offered! The house was well taken care of, clean, spacious, and there is SO MUCH to do at the property itself. My favorite part was waking up to see the animals every morning :) New Hope and Peddler's Village are only 15-20 minutes away, so there is plenty to do off site, too! Amy was such an amazing host and very responsive w/ any questions I had. I would definitely recommend her place to anyone looking in the area for a safe and fun place to stay!!

We love this house and the host is fantastic. The porch is our favorite part but this house hits the mark on all fronts. This was our second stay at this location (6th overall with Amy) and definitely fits our family the best and our absolute favorite. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

There are not enough words to fully capture how incredible our experience was at RockingHorseAcres Farm this past weekend.
We rented the property to host one of the most meaningful moments in our family—my son’s proposal—and from start to finish, it was absolute perfection.
First, the property itself is stunning. The setting is peaceful, private, and beautifully maintained, with so many thoughtful details that make it feel both special and welcoming at the same time. Every corner of the space feels intentional, and it created the most magical backdrop for such an important occasion.
But what truly sets this place apart are the hosts, Amy and Steve.
They were beyond gracious, kind, and accommodating—genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. From the very beginning, they were responsive, flexible, and incredibly easy to work with. As the day approached (and all the moving parts that come with a surprise event!), they went above and beyond to support us in ways that made a real difference.
You can tell this isn’t just a rental to them—they truly care about the experience they’re creating for their guests.
Because of Amy and Steve, and the beauty of this property, what could have been a stressful event turned into something seamless, meaningful, and unforgettable.
If you are looking for a place to host a special event or gathering, I cannot recommend RockingHorseAcres Farm highly enough. It is a rare find.

The house is delightful and the parking is really good, all the snow is cleared off, and parking is easy. We had another rental where there was a steep driveway and the parking was treacherous. The house was clean and communication with the host was great!

The house was perfect for our winter weekend getaway! It was great for family time at the house & walking to the lake but also conveniently located near all the attractions. We’d love to stay here again!

Wonderful cozy place to spend a winter weekend with friends! Our group of four couples had a splendid time, eating, drinking, catching up and celebrating two birthdays. The house had everything we needed - very comfortable and plenty of social space. Hosts were great - good communicators!

Great place! A lot of room and well maintained. This is the 2nd time we rented one of Amy’s houses and it did not disappoint. Amy is easy to work with and goes above and beyond ti make sure the house is ready when you arrive. Love the extra touch she puts into her houses - sheets, towels, etc. Can’t wait until next MLK weekend to rent again come her.
