Clean fresh and inviting, this home has everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This is a 2 story home with steps to enter the house and get to the upper level. We've converted the large garage into a Pocono Themed game room to keep everyone busy, with Pool Table, Darts, Connect 4 and Ring Swing! Here is what the house layout looks like~ 1ST FLOOR • Huge family room invites you in with bright colors, pocono themed decor, real wood fireplace and lots of sofa seating to sink into. • The large kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and cookware to feed the whole gang! StockPots, SlowCookers, lots of wine glasses (important) and a great 12 cup drip coffee maker are ready for your stay. Seating for 8 allows you to have family meals or game nights too! • Jump into the Pocono Raceway themed Gameroom to find vaulted ceiling, 9' Pool Table, Darts, oversized Connect4, RingToss, Smart TV and mini fridge- everyone loves this space! • Bedroom 1 is on the first floor- King bed en-suite with lots of room, full sized mirror, large closet and dresser and AC/Heat Spilt. • Bathroom 1 on main floor is a full bath shower/tub combo. Marble floors & towel warmer, it opens into the hallway as well as the Master bedroom. 2ND FLOOR • The landing at top of the staircase is our Gaming area, with 2000 old school games to choose from on the large screen TV. A Full sized sofa converts to added sleeping for guest #9 • Upstairs Bedroom 1 is a Queen Log bed with closet, dresser, ceiling fan, AC/Heat Spilt • Upstairs Bedroom 2 is a Full bed, and Twin Bunk beds, large closet and dresser - big room with AC/Heat split. • Full bathroom on this level is between both rooms, with Shower/Tub combo • Full size Washer/Dryer provided for your convenience. • Outside back yard is large and grassy, with adirondack chairs surrounding the Solo Stove Firepit. Enjoy campfires, s'mores, hotdogs and deer watching! The screened in back porch has a dining table and gas grill, directly connected to a large propane tank. **HOT TUB for 7people is ordered and expected to be installed sometime before July 2026 , exact date not guaranteed ** *THE LAKE Lake Harmony is a private lake. In the summer months from Memorial Day thru Labor Day weekend, You will have free beach access for your first 8 guests. Many visitors will rent kayaks, paddleboards or time on pontoon tours/waterskiing, all info with links will be sent to you once booked :) The home is located just a few blocks from the lake-stroll down to the water and grab a cocktail at the Split rock summertime outside bar, and just moments from Nick's Lakehouse, Shenanigans and other lakeside eateries. Enjoy other very local amenities such as Jack Frost/Big Boulder Ski Resort, Hickory Run State Park or take a short drive into Jim Thorpe for the day. Once you book, I will send you a local attraction document to help plan your best trip ever! Please be sure to wander outdoors and enjoy the back yard or take a stroll thru the Split Rock neighborhood. If you bring your pet, there’s a great walking loop around the back of the house on Red Oak to Hickory. Protected game lands are so pretty! Parks up to 8 cars easily. Guest must be 24 years of age to book ~Guest will be required to sign our Short Term Rental Agreement and send proof of identity via valid drivers license. ~Any sort of smoking must be done outdoors ~$50 Pet Fee Per Pet/Per Stay ~Pack n Play & HighChair onsite at all times
